Slade Starnes

Founder & Mentor

Slade Starnes has been leading teams as captain throughout his career. Starting at the FC Dallas Academy, then Furman men's soccer as a sophomore, and currently captaining SMU men's soccer in the prestigious ACC. Slade is a three-time All-Conference player with a Southern Conference championship under his belt. Pursuing a degree in Psychology, he combines elite playing experience with a passion for sports psychology and mentorship, helping athletes develop their skills, mindset, character, and leadership.

Co-Founder & Performance Coach

London-raised Ivan brings pro experience and youth pedigree from Chelsea FC, Norwich City, and Crystal Palace U23S. A SoCon champion and double major graduate (cum laude), Ivan combines top-level playing insight with academic excellence. His mentorship empowers players to excel technically, mentally, and academically — offering a proven roadmap from aspiring athlete to accomplished winner.
